Orders are normally processed and shipped within 48 hours. Unless otherwise requested at the time of the order, all orders will be shipped UPS ground or USPS. No orders may be picked up at our warehouse location without prior arrangement.

Warranty, Returns & Refunds

Returns are not accepted. All sales are final. Limited lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials for Greg Keats produced calls. No warranty on any other product unless specifically noted. To obtain warranty service, ship your freight prepaid call to : Flyway Game Calls, LLC, 1002 Taft Street, Rockville, Maryland 20850, along with a form explaining the repair expected, your return UPS shippable address, including telephone and email contact information and $7.00 for the return UPS ground shipping. It is the responsibility of the sender to insure that all merchandise being sent for warranty service is packaged to protect it from shipping damage and insured for the appropriate amount. USPS packages requiring reciever to sign, and not delivered to the warehouse address, will be left at the postal facility until returned to the original sender. UPS or USPS Priority no signature confirmation, are the suggested return methods. Shortages and discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of order. It is not the responsibility of Flyway Game Calls, LLC to replace carrier-damaged merchandise; you must file a damage claim with the carrier. At our discretion, some parts may be authorized for a return, but will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
